Who this notice covers

This notice concerns the Matreshka-FZ presentation website and its project-brief builder. The website is operated by LLC Matreshka-FZ in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Company identification and privacy contact details are listed on the Company details page.

The notice describes the current website. Data processing during separately agreed client projects is covered by the arrangements for those projects.

Information in your project brief

The form asks for a name, work email, project interests and a description of the task. This information is used on your device to assemble the brief you request.

Creating a brief does not submit an enquiry, create an account or send a message. The website does not send the form fields to Matreshka-FZ, a CRM, an analytics service or an email provider.

The working copy is held in the page’s memory. Download saves a text file to the location managed by your browser. Copy places the text on your device’s clipboard. Files, clipboard history and browser autofill may remain under your device settings; closing this page does not delete them. You decide whether and with whom to share the resulting brief.

Cookies and browser preferences

This version of the website does not set cookies or include analytics, advertising pixels or session-recording tools. It stores only your selected language and colour theme in local browser storage.

These preferences are used to restore the website’s appearance on the same browser. They are not submitted as form data and are not used to build an advertising profile. They remain until you change them, clear the site’s browser data or your browser removes them.

You can clear these preferences in your browser’s site-data settings. The website can still be used without saved preferences.

Page requests and technical records

The website is hosted on a server provided by Timeweb Cloud. Loading a page or asset requires a connection to that server. The connection includes technical information such as the connecting IP address, request time and requested resource. This is separate from the project-brief fields.

The website access log excludes IP addresses, query parameters, referrer information and User-Agent information. The error log may contain technical details about connections and requests, including IP addresses. These website logs are used to diagnose faults and maintain the website’s security and availability. They are rotated daily and retained for no more than ten days.

Other system, network and email logs, and records maintained independently by infrastructure providers, are separate from these website logs. Their retention may differ. Fonts, scripts and illustrations are served from the website; the website code does not connect external analytics or advertising trackers.

Email correspondence

If you send a message to support@matreshka-fz.com, the company receives your sender address, message text, attachments and technical information accompanying the email. Messages sent to this address are forwarded to the company’s business mailbox. Email and infrastructure services are used to deliver and store the correspondence.

We use this information to answer your enquiry, discuss the project you have requested and meet applicable legal obligations. If you email us a brief, it becomes part of that correspondence; the browser’s brief builder does not send it automatically.

Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, or to meet applicable legal and record-keeping obligations. These purpose-based periods are separate from the retention of website technical logs.

Service providers and processing locations

Our hosting and email services may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. You can request current information about the service providers and processing locations by contacting support@matreshka-fz.com.

Your choices and rights

You can edit or clear form fields before preparing a brief. You can remove downloaded files and clear clipboard history using your device’s controls. Matreshka-FZ cannot retrieve, edit or delete a brief that exists only on your device.

Where Matreshka-FZ processes personal data about you, you may request information about that processing and exercise rights available under applicable UAE law, including correction, erasure, restriction or objection where the legal conditions are met. Where processing relies on consent, withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

Links and changes to this notice

Links to other websites open services governed by their own privacy information. Downloading a brief does not send it to any of those services.

We will revise this notice when the website’s data handling changes. The date above identifies this edition. Any future enquiry submission, analytics or other data service must be reflected in the notice before it is enabled.
